This is what a coffee boy sings out in a cafe in Jeddah. I think it might mean "4 black teas [or maybe coffees?] and separate sugar", but I'm not at all sure. Could it mean that?

"Abu Arbaa", I have found, is a porcelain teapot big enough to hold four cups/glasses of tea, usually ordered for one person.
