وقد جرت العادة في بداية التعيين أي موظف أن يتم تعيينه بصفة مؤقتة أو أن يوضع تحت فترة اختبار لمدة تتراوح ما بين شهر إلى ستة أشهر قبل أن يتم تثبيت تعيينه.
