The equivalent of that Arabic term in "US Business English" is

[ Familiarization Visit ]

(A shorter, slang term often used by staffers and agents at travel & tourism agencies is "Fam Visit")

That is a very common term used in the global tourism industry.

Variant terms include "orientation visit" and "fact-finding visit."

The usual sponsors of are national or municipal (i.e., Dubai\'s energetic DCCI) chambers of commerce and industry, or equivalent \"business councils.\"
