“轮岗”means two or more person shift/exchange job posts between them， so as to let everybody have a chance to work at every post.
ＥＰＳＯＮ中国公司在管理上的秘诀就是实行轮岗制。因为在整个公司发展过程中，任何一个人的经验都是有限的，需要通过不同岗位的锻炼才能成为一个符合要求的人才，尤其是公司的中层管理人员，是公司发展的骨干力量，更需要轮岗制。一个人在一个岗位上做了几年后，一定要调到其他岗位上，换一个角度看问题就会有新的认识，工作的效果也就有了新的提高，而且对于提高工作的分析能力和内部的沟通协调能力都十分有帮助。例如，ＥＰＳＯＮ要求在北京本部的工作人员一定要有第一线的经验，像本部市场人员一定要到外地办事处去工作一段时间，然后再回来工作，这样才能更好地为当地办事处
