@jyuan_us Simplified is fine, thank you. The context is to tranfer {C. D׌ = use the transfer to hold against? I am understanding it as: Any transfer that the ُ does, he/she cannot hold it against the manager company. Does that make any sense to you? I guess it'd mean ù{˾, whatever happens. = ?
Non-ProZ.com Feb 13, 2005:
more info ok, here is another usage: 不得以其轉讓對抗經理公司
It doesn't seem to make sense to say "should not be against company rules" or" should not be against company interest". Any ideas?

maybe this.

Any transfer (trnasaction? ) should not be against (the rules established by )the management company.

This is what it means. You need to polish the wording.

如果说的是CO-OP, 意思就是未经管委会(董事会)聘请的楼宇/地产管理公司同意, 不得转让. You can not transfer the property to a 3rd party without the permission of the management company.
