In this kind of tests, we usually use assay not measure. I do not care much about points. I am wrong, I will admit it.

This is assuming that you used the passive tense of assayed in the first part of the sentence i.e. was assayed(which you should). If you read the previous answer my apologies I forgot to add in 各管
