clearwater, sorry for the confusion. the Chinese paragraph was just an explanation i found on the internet. But i still didn't understand why it's called "subsidiary". does that mean it's a branch company of a "mother" company?

clearwater, what does "wholly owned subsidiary" mean? Can it be the name of a company? (I thought i would expect something like "XXX corporation")
Non-ProZ.com May 9, 2005:
(this is the name of a company)
