soft一般可指代无形的，或者跟人，体制，或思想形态有关的
hard则指代有形的，跟资产等有关的，较易衡量的部分，在这指infrastructure
我觉得social software有引起歧义的可能，让人想起现在盛行的比如wiki等social sotware，所以用了element
