Selected

single shift, single interrupted shift and multiple shifts

Jednokratno can be also "day shift", dvokratno can be also "working hours with a long lunch break" or "working mornings and afternoons". Smjene can be also "three shifts system" or "four shifts system", or even "working days and nights" (but the field "target term" is too short), depending on what you prefer and the context.
Raditi u dvije smjene: to work double shifts.
Hope this helps
