Thermal wheel is a heat transfer device with a rotating wheel, which allows the sensible heat transfer between the fresh air intake and exhaust air in an AC system. The air duct connections are arranged so that each of the airstreams flow axially through approximately one half of the wheel in a counter-flow pattern. The porous media that is heated from the warm duct airstream, rotates into the cold duct airstream where sensible heat is released.

And you are wrong, Klemi, and for once I would like some ground to your disagrees. The mistake you do is to compare "radiator" in English with radiator in Alb, which are very different. But this comes with experience and not by googling or opening diction

Discussion
You are using the expression "But this comes with experience and not by googling or opening diction" often against my opinions. Just FYI I have two members of my family that currently are working in this field.Actually this is what exactly one of them is doing everyday. It is true that I do a lot of research because I have to defend myself for my decision but this doesn't mean that I am ignorant or doesn't have any experience. Experience itself is not enough. Everybody , in our case, us has to give a scientific word and of course has to prove it. This is what I am trying to do with my answers; to give an answer that has linguistic and scientific base.
I just wanted to make a point with the link I provided: AC (condenser) and radiator are two different things. I am sure you figured it out when you read the reference.
As I mentioned in my explanation, thermal wheel is the same concept for different application. Thermal wheel is part of AC device used for the building or other places. Radiator is part of the engine and removes the heat from the engine.
