When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

دائمی برونکائیٹس کی علامات میں فوری اضافہ

The phrase refers to the all of a sudden appearance of symptoms in a chronic bronhitis patient. This may be due to the reaction of the body's immune system against a foreign particle or pathogen.

The translation of the term Chronic bronchitis can be used as:
سانس کی نالیوں کی سوزش
but I don't favour it because it could be a literal translation of the term but from the medical point of view this translation can be confused with other pathalogies of the lungs. So the word bronchitis, may be better to transliterate insted of translation.

'Chronic Bronchitis' is the name of a disease, so it should not be translated...the other text has been translated.

I think the way in which the source term is written is misleading. This term is abbreviated as AECB--SS, which would read more like: "Symptom scale for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis." Or, literally, "Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis--Symptom Scale."

"SS" is for "symptom scale" and it is not part of the disease. It is used in medical questionaires etc to gauge the severity of symptoms, so it could be a 'symptom scale' for any other disease. It usually comes with a list of questions such as "Yesterday how much did you cough?" and a list of possible answers such as, "Not at all, Very little, Frequently, Continuously." etc.

Bronchitis is the inflamation in the airways (bronchial tubes) in the lungs, which causes mucus and cough. and AECB is the sudden worsening of the chronic version of this disease.

I think a descriptive phrase along with transliteration of the disease would be the right way to go here.
