English term

M.Cert

English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
I am translating a copy of a UK entry of marriage, at the top of the document I have these abbreviations:

M.Cert
------
R.B.D. & M.

Searching through proz.com I have found that "R.B.D. & M." stands for "Regsiter of Birth, Death & Marriage", so my question is: what does M.Cert stands for? is it simply Marriage Certificate? Thanks

Thank you. I think my smiley has and adds that personal touch.
