get a lot of points, make a hit with your sweeth tooth
...still from sports imagery, this time from football where a touchdown means you scored high (5 or 6 points)

: "sweet" tooth ; I think you almost hit that one out of the ball park. :)
You might want to explain what a hit and a sweet tooth is and what that means: to make a hit with your sweet tooth. PS: 6 for the touchdown + the kicker can get the extra point (NFL)

hit the sweet spot
Also has various meanings in sports so kind of ties in that way I think, all the best and hope it helps!
Example sentence:
This amazing dessert is sure to hit the sweet spot

create a particularly satisfying experience of sweet taste
for your taste buds
or:
scores (very) big (touchdown-like big) on sweet taste (mmh, that's yummy)
the phrase isn't particularly pretty - kind of like the previous
"hitting of chicken out of a park" (see other question).
Here, it conjures up a scene of one sweet tooth (covered in powdered sugar) running into the end zone. But that is not what is to be imagined.
So, here's another, still rather lighthearted explanation:
sweet tooth: you like sweet-tasting food
score a touchdown: in American football, to get the football in the end zone and get 6 points = big success (sort of like scoring a goal in soccer).
extra point: one of the football players (the kicker) can score an additional point after the touchdown to make it seven points. That would even be better than "just" a touchdown.
Any of the two teams playing can possibly score again as long as the game is not over.
Your phrase:
This amazing dessert is sure to score a touchdown with your sweet tooth!
So, in a sense, if the dessert were a football player, it would be running with the ball (the fantastically tasting dessert) and keep running until it gets into the "taste" end zone and scores a touchdown. It wins six points.
Now, in a sense, your sweet tooth (or your taste buds for sweet things) is/are judge(s)/referees, assigning the points here. They are saying: we think this was so good (tasted so good), it deserves 6 points.
That is meant by "scores with us" = "we attest to the great taste of the dessert" and say
wow, yummy, six points!!!!!
Or:
They are saying: "Yes, this dessert made it into the taste end zone. 6 points."
Now, don't forget, there is still room for taste for the extra point!!
sweet spot:
When something hits the sweet spot, it means it really satisfies your craving for sweet foods. Very similar to scoring big with your sweet tooth although I believe a taste touchdown is particularly super.
But then there's the super bowl of tastes. And winning the sweet taste super bowl is probably extremely hard.
I would change Veronika's "make a hit with your sweet tooth" (sounds like making a hit-record with one sweet-sounding tooth) to "score a hit with your sweet tooth" (well, that still makes me think of music now)
rather in the sense of "hitting the taste mark exactly" = "sending a sweet dessert arrow exactly into the sweet-taste center.

win points
Oh, I'm late here.....
But, honestly, I'd just simply use the expression "win points. (Because in a scoring a touchdown, the team wins points!)
So:
This amazing dessert is sure to score a touchdown with your sweet tooth!
Becomes:
This amazing dessert is sure to win points with your sweet tooth!
