English term

draw rice

English Other Cooking / Culinary
'draw' in this context looks like an adjective? But what is it?

"Ingredients that can be chopped using the dry mill are shelled nuts, coffee beans, peppercorn, black sesame, draw rice, wheat, sugar cubes, bread crumbs, dry soy beans, and hard spices."

Thanks.

typo for "raw rice"?

seems a plausible possibility
Peer comment(s):

agree Tony M : Seems the most likely explanation to me; it would be important to differentiate from 'cooked' rice...

dry rice

I guess it wouldn't be very pretty to put cooked rice into a food processor.
