Amongst a few other possibilities, GWD seems to be a company involved in website hosting, so perhaps it could be something as simple as some kind of sub-contracting charge being passed on to you?
In any case, this scarcely seems like a linguistic question for professional translators; why don't you simply ask the company that's billed you, for a speedy and definitive answer straight from the horse's mouth?

: Seems a phenomenally large unit for a hosting bill, and also a highly unlikely one; I think conf. 5 is really over the top for that!
