I wonder what this means, as in:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the Products shall pass to the Buyer ) in the case of Products to be delivered otherwise than at the Vendor’s premises, at the time of delivery to the initial carrier or, if the Dealer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when the Vendor has ***tendered delivery*** of the Products to the initial carrier.
My guess is that it means either that:
1. ...the Vendor has offered to deliver the products..., or
2. ...the Vendor has delivered the products....
Thanks in advancement for your help.

: Yes, basically the text says that the Vendor will not be responsible for any risks after the Vendor delivers the Product to the Initial Carrier.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the Products shall pass to the Buyer (a) in the case of Products to be delivered at the Vendor’s premises, at the time when the Vendor notifies the Buyer that the Products are available for collection, or (b) in the case of Products to be delivered otherwise than at the Vendor’s premises, at the time of delivery to the initial carrier or, if the Dealer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when the Vendor has ***tendered delivery*** of the Products to the initial carrier. The Vendor shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to the Products which may occur after the time that risk in the Products has passed to the Buyer. All prices quoted and shipments are CPT or CIP (named destination) (Incoterms 2000), as stated in the Vendor’s Acknowledgement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
