Declarations:
- That her beneficial interest in the said property be the subject of the equitable doctrine of tracing and that Third Party do ccount to her for the sum of (number) reputedly paid for the property and such additional sums to reprent that true value of the property at the date of sale, in the premises that (name) was the beneficial owner.

What does "account to" mean here? does it mean that the third party owes the claimant?
