These are the entry fees of a museum in the UK, at the end there's the word "concessions" which I cannot understand its meaning in this context. Thank you for your help.

: Possible, but I think fareedeh's suggestion is more likely for the UK, and the prices are in British pounds.

: In the given context, it is clear that it is talking about 'concessionary (reduced) admission charges', and not this other possible meaning. This is a very common collocation in English
