Hebrew term

ל. גבר/ ס. קבילים

Hebrew to English Bus/Financial Accounting
on an Israeli assessment report, it says registered L. man (רשום ל. גבר ) . What does the L. stand for? What does that term mean? Additionally, it says on the same page, הכ מעסק ס. קבילים. I'm assuming the first two words are "income from business..." but what is ס. קבילים?

The rest of your question is not clear. More context is needed. Please provide a complete sentence. Gimal beit resh could also be a verb, such as prevailed over.
