Hebrew term

טרשת כלילית תלת כלית

Hebrew to English Medical Medical: Cardiology release letter
These four words have been translated simply as nephrosclerosis. Does anyone know if this is a correct translation? A wider context in Hebrew is --

בוצע צינתור כלילי אשר הדגים טרשת כלילית תלת כלית לא חסימתית

and the suggested translation is

a full catheterization was performed and showed nephrosclerosis without blockage

Is this correct?
Proposed translations (English)

Three vessel coronary sclerosis

Nephro refers to kidneys and is not mentioned.
I would suggest my translation instead.

Full sentence would read: "coronary catheterization was performed, demonstrating non-occlusive three vessel coronary atheroma"
