Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering shotcrete

Debería ser ... suspended by pressurized air...

carried as a suspension/aerosol in the compressed air

-->
the additive will be carried as a suspension in the compressed air

The text is saying, basically, that if rapid seting required, implying a higher dose of additive, the additive must be added only as the 'shotcrete' leaves the gun, otherwise there's a risk that the mix will start to set inside the machine causing ... problems.

So, instead of mixing the additive into the shotcrete, it is added as a suspension (or aerosol) in the compressed air used to project the shotcrete into place.
