Any imagination, what "ves" and "bil sat" could mean?
I have a suspicion, that "ves" stands for "väsande andning" with a mistake. But "bil sat"?

bilateral saturation
bil and sat are normal abbreviations for bilateral and saturation, though I haven't seen bilateral in this context - normally it is oxygen saturation
