Cultivo celular
(Fig.1A y Fig. 1B y 1C).

Cell culture
Stem cells acquired from temporary and permanent teeth, previous to cryopreservation, correspond with adherent cells which were morphologically fusiform, polygonal or stellate and would come to establish Colony- Forming Units similar to CFU-F fibroblasts. (Fig.1A & Fig. 1B & 1C).

DPSCs y SHEDs phenotype and viability post-cryopreservation assessment
Cell viability was assessed at 1, 3 and 6 months post-cryopreservation with 7AAD staining which is excluded by viable cells and incorporated with high affinity to the DNA of dead cells. An average percentage of cell viability in permanent teeth for 1, 3, and 6 months was obtained at 98,47 ± 1,32, 95,40 ± 1,18 y 97,45 ±1,45 and for temporary teeth 97,96 ± 1.22, 97,90 ± 1.81 y 98,63 ±1.28 respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between assessed variables of freezing time and type of tooth.
