I am a marketing manager for a construction equipment rental company. I am studying at present for a degree in Management and Marketing.
I am bilingual (my father is British, my mother is Romanian). I have attended both an American School as well as a Romanian School.
I have interpreted in various settings from business meetings and conferences to informal dinners. I have over 7 years experience in interpretation.

I also worked as a simultaneous translator for a market research company. The work involved translating in real time for clients present at Focus Group Discussions as well as translating from audio tapes into print. I also translated, on a regular basis, various reports to clients regarding consumer research, questionnaires and many types of documents pertaining to the activities of the company.

In the various companies I have worked for I have acted as the translator for the General Manager on many occasions as well as translating various legal documents from contracts to entire Laws (The Law on Construction for example).
As a freelance translator I have worked in various areas including technical (New Manual of Seimological Observatory Practice), sociology (Romania's Tranzition from a Sociological Point of View), literature, various economic thesis for students and many others.
