Da Italiano a Inglese

It's about ANATOMY AND REGIONAL KINEMATICS OF THE CRANIOCERVICAL REGION
2.1 OSTEOLOGY
processi trasversi, rilievi ossei destro e sinistro che, partendo dal bordo laterale del corpo vertebrale si portano trasversalmente in fuori fino ad impiantarsi a livello dei processi articolari
Transverse processes, are right and left bone projections situated where the lamina join the pedicle. The right and left superior articular process and inferior articular process, have a flat articular surface to join with the articular processes of the superior and inferior vertebra.
Sorry if the Italian doesn't correspond to the English but I'm trying to do a correction of someone elses thesis! I think it means bone projections.
Thanks.

Each thoracic vertebrae also has various bony prominences, such as the spinous processes (located at the back of the bone) and transverse processes (located at each side of the vertebrae).
