neutral Craft.Content : A roll out includes "releasing" a new version, along with putting in place sales and support systems which proact and respond to the customer, once the product has hit the market.

staging phases vs. final release

Rolling our refers to the planned phases that lead to the completion of a final release. Several components and/or several sub-releases can be staged over time, until the complete release is considered achieved. This could include, Beta, Field Test, SDK, ADK, and other forms of releases that provide early snapshots and feedback before the production version is out.
