The original "an anomoluos left coronery artery from the pulmonery trunk may lead to postnatal infarction or, if sufficient collaterals to the right coronery exist, to a flow reversal in the LCA." includes two mistakes:

anomoluos should read anomalous.
pulmonery should read pulmonary.
