Daniel, as you see my confidence is not so hight (only 3). I found the term "מגלשים זמניים" only on "Netivei Israel" tenders. from their list of temporary measures to prevent erosion (מיתון מדרונות, גדודיות עפר בראש
מדרון, הסדרת גבהים, הפיכת שיפועים, מגלשים זמניים, רצועות אנכיות, שימוש
בפולימרים, חיפוי בחומרים שונים, זריעה, מרבדי עשב, טשטוש חריצים) the only one that can fit with "slope drains" (that is a must as I understand) is "מגלשים" , if we take the meaning derived from the word "גְּלָשִׁים" (overwash - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overwash) The Academy of Hebrew Language (http://hebrew-terms.huji.ac.il/ -> גלשים).

I don't have specific knowledge of the matter; all I can say is that the resources I found are a good place to look and may (and may not) provide the right term, pending further research.

David an Jaime - either of you may be right Though either of your answers may be correct, it is hard for me to judge.
Your references only show that there is such a thing as a temporary weir or TSD, not that it is the sought translation.
Can you specify how you became convinced that your answer is the correct translation of this term? Personal knowledge is an acceptable answer.

A temporary slope drain is a pipe or other conduit designed to convey concentrated runoff down the face of a cut- or fill-slope without causing erosion. This practice applies wherever concentrated stormwater runoff must be conveyed down a steep slope.
