And real agencies almost always give some info about the contents, here it's just "a PDF document".

In the part of the world where I live, the vast majority of self-employed professionals - lawyers, accountants, doctors, private clinics, dentists, real-estate agents, etc. etc., - and many reputable small and medium-sized businesses only use Gmail for all their professional communications.
