Trados 2017 does not work when Saving as target

I have been on the SDL Trados site itself but no case covered fixes my problem.
At this stage I just want to know if other users are finding it difficult to use Trados 2017 at the moment in particular when saving from an Excel file.
The only way I have been able to deliver files to my clients was to copy-paste Excel content onto a Word file and then copy-paste back on the document to send to my client. But I can't go on doing this...!
