As to me the word workspace implies my desk.. and I don't want another 10+ people sharing it, would get a bit crowded!

Hi,
I mean the cats, with four paws, not the CATs - though they have claws too 
In this case, both my workspace and my work place (Hi, Louisa) are crowded, regularly invaded by 6 unionized assistants, inflexible about their daily wages: one cat food tin for every 1,500 words translated. Not negotiable !
Otherwise, there is no other 2-paws animal but me to help translating.

Cabin fever would have well and truly set in a while ago without him to disturb me by offering me cups of tea all day long. Can't complain though!

I hope to get a feline and/or canine companion to help me procrasinate next year. In the meantime my parents have bought a new puppy I have already been requested to work with my laptop from their house sometimes

Same here... I share my workspace with two cats but no one else. And I am quite happy about it

Any colleague with their own PC or laptop is welcome to come and work here too, but it's usually just me or me +1.
I work from home and my "office" is a space in the corner of my living room, next to the window. It's around 40º again today so when the sun goes down I'll probably set up my gear outdoors on the terrace, where it's cooler...

My husband works from home too. We happen to work in the same room... or not. Depending of the place where we are.

My husband also works from home. Not the same type of work by any means, but same physical space.
And then there are the cats, the dog, and our daughter, who gloms onto my secondary computer when I don't need it.
So I think technically it's me + 1, but maybe more like 3 + 4?

Anyhow, it is a good entertainment untill you completly forget there is somebody "watching" you.

I too am working from home, along with my husband (who works in another field, not translation), and we are home with our young son, a cat and a dog! Sounds familiar, and I couldn't be happier with our situation. We really are the lucky ones!
