If I only enjoyed one kind of translation I'd be in trouble.
Fortunately sometimes I enjoy a translation because it's easy, on other occasions because it's challenging; then there are the stimulating ones, and the ones where you can look forward to the nice fat payment.

The only time/s I don't enjoy translating is/are when the deadline is too tight for no apparent reason and/or the format/s.... is/are unwieldy, or if the client/s insist/s on vocab or turns of phrase I dislike, or - for example, in software strings - there is such a lack of context that even the clients don't know what the original is about.... or if the text has lots of unnecessary punctuation and things like slashes /// I'm not a big fan of CamelCaps either (words in camel caps may or may not... Translating extremely interesting pieces you never get paid for can make you feel decidedly mercenary!

Even when it's a dead/scanned PDF with a ton of graphics?
Even OCRing these gems doesn't do much to help.

I really enjoy translating.
I really enjoy translating when I am not sleep-deprived.
I really enjoy translating when I have no interruptions, especially the ones that occur mid-sentence, mid-thought or at the very moment that I have just entered "my zone".
@Neilmac: I have tried to compose bits of prose of my own which in my view would be ideal for translation into my respective source languages. I fail every time. I shall blame whimsy for this. ... See more I really enjoy translating.

Yes that's very important, hence my despondent mood today. How about this for a mission statement: "We will put a wholesome perspective on the financial feeding chain in Denmark". I currently have no idea how to translate that into English.
