I think your article puts a spotlight on an important point. Rates are under pressure in our business but it doesn't help anyone if we keep blaming the agencies and companies for wanting the lowest price possible - that is quite natural. We are the ones accepting those rates.
Since there is no regulation on pricing, we need to unite and say no to rates that aren't coherent with a decent living, and find other clients. But that does take a lot of courage and stamina on a practical level and... See more
