I occasionally translate texts of a technical nature, if that's what the poll refers to.

I have taken it to mean "Do you translate technical texts?" (rather than, say, medical, legal or financial texts), but I am not absolutely sure that that was what was intended.
In any case, "technical" is a very wide field and one translator wouldn't necessarily cover them all.

if this poll refers to translating projects in the technical fields, e. g. Civil Engineering, technical operating manuals, etc.

as others have said "technical" is a very wide field and I wouldn't dare to touch some texts with a 10 foot barge pole...

Exactly.
If it means if I transalte technical texts, yes, I do.

I don't offer to translate technical texts, but with a background that includes four years as a full-time technical translator, I sometimes accept such jobs. Mainly translating from Danish into English, though, only very rarely the other way round... And obviously, only if I feel confident that I can handle the specific subject...

I can only translate technical texts in a few very narrow fields so while I do not list technical translation as one of my skills, I will take on projects that hit my strengths perfectly.

Yes, I do bolts, noise, grease, silicon, vibrations, hazards, pressure and wires in variable proportions.
I don't do technical as in legal, finance and/or HR.

... the life sciences, including biomedicine, biology, and botany. I do highly technical stuff about genes and tests and things. That's a large part of what I do. I also do statistics, up to a point.
