Other - Split USD / BRL (local currency) Nov 25, 2015

Of course, it varies all the time, but I'd guess it's roughly an equal split.

Local currency Nov 25, 2015

Danish kroner

The vast majority of my work comes from Danish clients, which suits me perfectly, as bank transfers are free, i.e. there are no crazy PayPal fees to pay when receiving payments.

Euro Nov 25, 2015

Only in Euro. I also only accept any foreign PO´s in Euro as I do not want to mess with any currency fluctuations.

EUR Nov 25, 2015

As I said before, my main bank accounts are in EUR, but I also have a special account for occasional payments in USD.

Euro and USD Nov 25, 2015

Euro, followed by USD.

Local - without exception Nov 25, 2015

It's a no-brainer. You choose a UK-based supplier, you pay in pounds.

As I've said before, my customers are also in a much better position to deal with exchange rate fluctuations than I am.

Mostly in EUR – Nov 25, 2015

from my European clients. But I have an American client who pays in USD. However PayPal transfer fees are supported by him, so I'm contented with the situation

EUR & USD Nov 25, 2015

Currently slightly more EUR than USD - but it varies.

@ Chris S
The bank charges and conversion rates in Greece for receiving payment in USD to a EUR account are not very favourable so it made sense to open an account in USD and then choose myself when/if I will convert when exchange rates are good for me to do so. In the past I lost out when I took jobs in usd at a rate of 1.20/1.00 usd/euro and then was paid when the rate was practically 1.40/1.00. Lesson learned.

Why not just bill everyone in euros?

We've had customers in 20 or more countries over the years and none has ever had a problem paying in sterling.
