I try to squeeze so much in my day that I end up cheating on my sleep.
It's a lifelong habit. I remember we did an exercise similar to this one in high school, and one of my classmates said "give the extra time to Muriel."

I'd spend it with my son and family.

As I get older (I will turn 44 in September) I tend to get six hours or less sleep, and this affects all of my daily activities, including translation work.

Divide the extra time proportionally to all activities I do today would be a good choice. Balance is important.
