The Blue Board is the most useful I suppose.

Blue Board - for potential dodgy customers
Kudoz - for the comradeship of the SV/EN crowd
Invoicing system - perfectly adequate for my needs
Forums - always check the ones that interest me
Almost forgot the job alerts. That's because I don't use them now, but they were invaluable when I first set out as a freelance translator five years ago.

Kudoz/Terminology help is very, very useful. Next comes Blue Board. I like "polls" also. I don't use invoicing system. Job postings are extremely useful. Forums are very interesting. What do you mean by "scam alert centre". I never heard about it. Totally, I find Proz.com very interesting and it is my preferred website.
