Professionally my telephone use has become inexistant. E-mail is king (a minimum of time loss and every agreement is automatically in writing).

Privately I use my smarpthone for social media use (mainly to follow people or pages I believe are interesting), reading the news and watching Netflix during household chores like folding laundry and ironing.

I only use my phone for texting and calls. So, it’s extremely variable, but I’d say I use it for around one hour max per day.

I spend a lot of time on my phone, mostly to be active on my professional social media profiles. It's an important part of my marketing strategy (and also a great tool for networking).

I use my phone for 2-4 hours in average. Apr 1, 2025

I use my social media for an hour and half for having fun, but when I need to share my content, I spend 2–3 hours. I also use WhatsApp for responding to messages and callings, and that would take like a 0-1 hour.
