It depends a lot on the time of day when I have finished the assignment. If it's at the end of the day, a nice bubble bath followed by a good night sleep does the trick, but if it's earlier, almost all the other options are fine, depending on how tired I am…

Running my bike along the sea promenade, relaxing at the swimming pool, darts on my terrace.

I exercise even if I have a busy period, so relaxing usually involves siesta and Filmin/Netflix.
