I struggle to fall asleep when I take a nap during the day, so I decided to continue doing different activities during the day in order to get to bed very tired at night and be ready to hit the couch forever and ever.

I don't normally struggle to fall asleep unless I'm very, very stressed or tired-out but I tend to wake up in the early hours of the morning and I somehow manage to work out the answer to my question quite distinctly then. Over the years, I've learnt to write down anything I need to remember to do the next day so I don't end up doing just this as it disturbs my sleep horribly. I make all my good resolutions then and there but completely forget what these are the next morning.

Sleep? No time for that. I’m too busy staying awake to make sure AI doesn’t take my job while I’m dreaming. 😂

Pillows are my best friends.
I fall asleep as soon as I reach them.
Age should diminish this habit, but not here, and not yet.
