Fatturazione tramite gestionale di un cliente non italiano

Ciao a tutti, per la prima volta questo mese dovrò emettere fattura tramite gestionale usato dal cliente. Il cliente non è italiano ma di un paese UE, il gestionale è in inglese e genera automaticamente una fattura in inglese, che poi può essere salvata in doc e stampata per la contabilità del traduttore. Ciao a tutti, per la prima volta questo mese dovrò emettere fattura tramite gestionale usato dal cliente. Il cliente non è italiano ma di un paese UE, il gestionale è in inglese e genera automaticamente una fattura in inglese, che poi può essere salvata in doc e stampata per la contabilità del traduttore. Il mio commercialista sostiene che per trasparenza verso l'Agenzia delle Entrate le fatture dovrebbero essere in italiano, come d'altronde sono tutte le altre mie fatture. Come vi comportate in questi casi? Vi limitate a fare la fattura in inglese o allegate alla fattura in inglese la relativa traduzione in italiano? E in tal caso dove mettete la marca da bollo, sull'originale inglese o sulla traduzione? So che la marca da bollo per lo stato italiano ci vuole comunque, anche nelle fatture verso committente estero. Premetto che si tratta solo di adempimenti per lo stato italiano e per la mia contabilità, visto che il cliente non vuole ricevere altre fatture se non quella inglese generata tramite il gestionale. Ciao Sara, Io in questi casi genero una fattura col mio standard (per i clienti esteri di solito uso un modello bilingue ita/eng, con tutte le diciture del caso a seconda che il cliente sia UE o extra-UE), seguendo naturalmente la mia numerazione, e vi allego il file generato dal sistema del cliente. Mi sembra che così siano felici tutti, cliente estero e Agenzia delle Entrate

Anche io faccio come Federica, producendo una "doppia" fattura: una per il cliente con il suo gestionale, il suo numero fattura e nella sua lingua, e una per il fisco con il mio modello, il mio numero fattura e ovviamente in italiano. Le due andranno poi allegate.

Ciao Sara,
stessa modalità anche per me: al cliente mando la fattura inglese generata dal suo sistema, ma seguendo la mia numerazione, e poi emetto anche la stessa fattura in italiano. Le allego insieme al PO e la commercialista è contenta così.
