Its been 10 months since you wrote that but if you're still interested...

It could be อิดาน or อีดาน.
The former word has a shorter "i" sound than the latter.

"ei" or "eye" May 26, 2014

This depends on how the "I" in "Idan" is pronounced.

It could be pronounced as ไอ "Eye"Dan, อิ "Ei"Dan, or อี "EE"Dan.

Similarily, is the "Dan", แดน Daen, or ดาน Daan?

My name, "Dylan" was never pronounced correctly in Thailand!

Which version? Jun 8, 2017

As a reader of English as the second language, I am always aware of English version. English is spoken in Britain, USA, Canada, Australia, the Philippines, India, South Africa etc.
I usually ask the person which English version you want me to read/handle.
