I, personally, would do it in Hollywood, being half way of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, and taking into account the traffic in Dade, but if Dade means more attendees, it is also fine. (Can you tell by now that I am an indecisive person? ) . Let me know your opinion, and let's try to make a final decision by Saturday at the latest, so that we can arrange for the venue.

I live in West Miami and I have no problem in driving to Hollywood. As Emilia says, it is halfway and traffic is better.
Let us set it and forget it.
The rest of the undecided please make an effort. We seem to be quite a large group of people; I am sure we will have a great time.
As for having two groups, I do not agree; we do not have enough confirmed people for one group!
Please come and we can decide there whether to have two groups next time.

I live in Dade, I would prefer Dade, but my needs cannot supercede the needs of others. As long as we find an easily-accessible place in Broward, I will get there, somehow! It seems like a few of us would prefer Broward. One observation, in response to comments about traffic in the Gables - it's not congested around lunchtime on Saturdays.

Luisa, that is such a good idea. Where in Dade are you? I can always meet you somewhere if you don't live near me.
Another thought on this is maybe some of us can meet at the Hollywood Tri Rail Station with some who do have transportation to get to the restaurant.
And pasta sounds better than sushi. I can't eat anything that has been cooked around seafood since I am allergic to most seafood.
