Mirandese and Portuguese. Mirandese is spoken in a small area of northeastern Portugal, particularly in Miranda do Douro, and has been recognized as a co-official language in that region.

European Portuguese (and even Mirandese limited to regional use) is the last official language to get any love these last years.
So, I don't know anymore...
However, my "regional language" stays in my heart: untouched, unbothered, and beautifully mine. ❤️

In Italy, 12 linguistic minorities and their languages are recognised beside the official Italian. One of the largest minorities is the German speaking in mainly South Tyrol.
Law 482/1999 specifically lists the linguistic minorities that enjoy official protection in Italy:

Slovenian
Croatian
Sardinian
Friulian
Ladin
French
Franco-Provençal
Occitan

The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) ´specifically states that governments are to recognize sign language as an official language in the Constitution and/or special legislation, ensure professional interpreter services, and guarantee education to deaf people in their sign language.´
Otherwise it is accepted as natural that people from the Faroes speak Faroese, and people from Greenland speak Greenlandic - and a Member of the Folketing insisted recently on making a speech in Greenlandic and having it interpreted into Danish. Greenlandic was recognised as the official language of Greenland in 2009.
German is recognised in the south of Jutland.

Unofficially there are complaints that English is spoken too much - or other languages in some areas - but on the whole Danish is alive and developing, whether you like the way it is going or not. ▲ Collapse

I live in Spain, and I think there are at least four official languages: Castilian Spanish, Catalan, Gallego and Euskera (Basque). Then again, if you consider Valencian and Balearic as separate languages (which some people do) it could be even more ...
