You can use import/export tab and choose different file formats.

Hi, I'm guessing you bought some of the Ooona's tools independently? If so, than ask Ooona's support to provide you with guides.
Ooona is online platform used most by multilingual translations agencies and often is connected with another online internal platform from an translation agency.
If so, than your project manager should provide you with guides.
